Important and useful information
Please read through our information before your visit to the spa

  • Please give as much notice as possible if you have to cancel.  If less than 24 hours notice you will be charged a  50% cancellation fee. 
  • We require a £10 per person deposit upon booking
  • All deposits are non- refundable
  • Please arrive at your given appointment/arrival time.  Arriving late for appointments may mean that your treatments are shortened to ensure it does not have a knock on effect for other clients. Arriving early may also mean that there is no member of staff to greet you.
  • Access to the spa is through a key coded door. Please get in touch to be given the code prior to your appointment.  or there is a bell, please ring the bell ONCE and then take a seat in the waiting area. A therapist will be with you as soon as possible. Please be aware that therapists may be in treatment. Please be patient with us.
  • If you have any medical conditions that you feel may affect your treatments please discuss with a member of staff beforehand. The spa will not be held responsible should any problem arise due to information being withheld.
  • If booking in with a gift voucher, Please state  your gift voucher reference code when booking. We also take Spafinder & Into the blue gift vouchers.
  • Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months only. We will not accept Out  of date gift vouchers.
  • We work on an appointment only basis.
  • We politely ask that you switch off your mobile phone when in the spa.
  • We respectfully ask that customers don't bring any family and friends (who are not booked in) along with them when having treatments. Due to the size of the spa we can only accommodate clients that are booked in & having treatments. This is for your maximum relaxation and enjoyment.
  • No under 16s without prior arrangement. This is due to health & safety and clients relaxation. 
  • We are on the site of holiday cottages. we do share the pool area with cottage guests. Weekends and school holidays may be busy and not as quiet as we would like. 
  • In the event that we have to cancel your appointment, we will try to give as much notice as possible. 
  • Towels are not provided. we ask you to bring along your own.

  • NHS & Emergency services workers receive a 10% discount when producing valid ID. Discount is only available to the worker.
